Think you'll do any vietnam themed movies? Full Metal Jacket, Platoon, Apocalypse Now, etc? Would be interested in hearing your input on any of those.
ReplyDeleteIt's possible we could do some. But as for the ones you've listed I've personally already seen them all. I thought Full Metal Jacket started strong but had an anti-climactic ending. I liked Platoon a lot, and I thought Apocalypse Now was too long and boring. I saw the extended Director's Cut of Apocalypse Now and while it started strong and very interesting, as they go down the river I just thought it got extremely boring and I really didn't like it. Maybe Puneet will watch some of them later for a full review.
