We are just a couple dudes, watching a movie a day and ranting, raving or just telling you about it. Everyday!

I Lesbians "Scott Pilgrim Vs the World"
I watched Scott Pilgrim recently and it was a blast. Especially since I have read some of the comic books for Scott Pilgrim, the movie just adds onto the fun memories I had with the comic books. And even though it did not do so well in theatres, it does not detour from the fact that it is a good movie. Click the jump for more.
Where do I start to tell you about how good this movie is? The action was amazing, the story was fun and the whole experience was great. I watched it with my sister this time and we made jokes through the whole movie making it an even better experience. The main cast were perfect and acted the way I thought their characters were in the books. I might have a slight crush on Ramona and if Wallace tried anything on me, I would be flattered, but not interested.
There aren’t any bad things I can say about the movie, but in fact I think they could have gotten away with making the movie a bit longer without it being too boring or tedious. The reason I say this is because of the fact that it seems like they miss out on some real funny bits from the book and could have been a real good addition to the movie.
My favourite part of this whole movie is probably when the three trios go to the battle of the bands and the first performing bands, The Crash and the Boys, who actually are the band members from “The Broken Social Scene”, play their two songs. Without giving up to much of the story, their performance is amazing and funny.
To continue on with the music theme, I absolutely love the music in Scott Pilgrim, I even got the OST for both the movie and the video game. They are both amazing, more of an indie alternative genre of flavour, and even has some Metric in the soundtrack (who I love, please marry me Emily Haynes).
I could easily go on and on, for pages on how great this movie is and how I loved it. But I know most of you have the attention span of a gold fish and might have stopped reading a while back. So my last note being; WATCH THIS MOVIE AND ENJOY THE HELL OUT OF IT. Okay thank you, see you guys later!
